Many asked us that, so we decided to explain all our measures for this period with a few statements:

We will always welcome you with a smile, ready to meet all your needs.
To make you enjoy your relaxing holiday right from the start, we chose to do a contactelss check-in on your arrival.
On your arrival an electronic key will be given to you to acces your room, which is safe and sanitized after the departure of every guest.
We can establish a given time to check-out, in order to avoid a long wait at the reception desk. You can also do a late check-out until the afternoon, which must be previously agreed with our receptionists (based on availability, with a little extra charge).
We can reassure you that our staff are continually being updated on the new Covid measures. In addition we constantly monitor the health of our guests, thanks to the presence of a doctor in the building.

The breakfast is buffet-presented and served by our staff. You can also choose between sweet and savoury options.
The courses of lunch and dinner will be comfortably served at the table.
Each dining table will be regularly distanced. Our staff are constantly updated on food hygiene.

For the health of our guests, all rooms are regularly sanitized. To the regular daily cleaning, a special sanitation will be added using an Ozono Sany machine, model 3,5; the intervention is provided by professionals in the sector. We also pay particular attention to the periodical sanitation of the shared areas (Hall, Bars and Restaurant).

In order to have more room and freedom on the beach, we have special agreements with the beaches in front of the Hotel (Bagni Gino 34, Bagni Toto e Bagni Stefano) with distanced beach umbrellas and sunbeds. If you are interested, we can give you the contacts, so that you can call or write an email to book the beach service, at least 30 days before your arrival.

More flexibility on bookings and cancellations.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the paid deposit can be used at a later date during the current season or the following year.
For unforseen events, caused by health reasons, the cancellation is free of charge.

Shower day-use (on the check-out day, with a little extra charge)
You can easily use the bathroom with a shower and enjoy the beach until the last hours of sun! In this way you will not stress yourself on the day of departure and the vacation might seem much longer …
